Our comprehensive housing program includes the following:
Samaritan House: Our single-room occupancy (SRO) facility providing comprehensive, intensive supportive services including medical case management, social work case management, transportation assistance, substance abuse counseling, nutrition counseling, three meals daily, and access to educational services.
Villages at Samaritan House: One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments located on Samaritan House’s property are available to both individuals and families. Services in this program are less intensive and residents are able to better manage their healthcare needs and prepare their own meals.
Grace Village: This program is designed to meet the unique needs of homeless families who also have a co-occurring condition such as chronic illness, mental illness, and/or substance abuse issues.
Genesis Program: Individuals and families live in scattered-site apartments and manage a majority of their lives without intervention services. Each individual and family is assigned a case manager who assists them in areas identified in their personal care plan.
